Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the TrendsWhat learning publication, its articles, visual guides, downloadable materials, and connected services, including the Maybe Tomorrow (내일할까) iOS planner and community. TrendsWhat is operated by Jay Jung (Jihyuk Jung) in the Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected].

The purpose of the publication

TrendsWhat helps readers develop practical AI skills through original experiments, implementation case studies, and reusable workflows. Content is educational and informational. It is not individualized legal, medical, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee model accuracy, income, learning outcomes, search placement, or advertising-platform approval.

Public articles can be read without signing in. Maybe Tomorrow provides personal planning, account-linked synchronization, shared projects, and a community for posts and comments. The community rules below apply to its user-generated content. Nothing in these terms requires you to create an account simply to read the publication.

Evidence, AI assistance, and limitations

AI assists research organization, drafting, code, and visual preparation. Articles identify executed tests, inspected code, illustrative examples, and proposed follow-up work. A small synthetic experiment is not a general performance benchmark; source inspection is not proof of deployed behavior. Read the method, sources, and limitations before applying a result.

Tools, documentation, and services can change. Verify behavior relevant to your own task and environment. If an article contains an error, please report the URL, passage, and supporting evidence through our contact page. We may correct, expand, reorganize, or remove material when appropriate.

Downloadable scripts and worksheets

You may copy and adapt our worksheets and templates for your own work. Original downloadable code explicitly marked MIT is provided under the MIT license. A source snapshot or third-party component may have a separately stated scope or license; do not assume every item on the website has the same license.

Read code before running it. The published experiments describe their environment and use fictional fixtures where indicated. Your adaptations can behave differently, particularly when connected to real files, databases, external APIs, or paid services. Use an appropriate test environment and obtain permission for the information and systems you involve.

We provide examples without a warranty that they fit your particular purpose. Do not treat a passing fixture as authorization to perform a consequential action or as proof that all relevant cases are covered.

Articles, images, and attribution

Original articles and visual material belong to their respective rights holders. Linking to our pages is welcome. Quotation and other lawful uses remain subject to applicable law. Republishing a complete article or substantial visual collection requires permission unless a specific license says otherwise.

Do not remove attribution, misrepresent our material as your own original research, or present a synthetic fixture or explanatory diagram as evidence of a real customer event. External material, product names, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated license conditions.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit private information you are not entitled to share.

Do not generate artificial ad impressions or clicks, encourage misleading ad interactions, or confuse advertisements with download or navigation controls. We may restrict abusive access where necessary to protect the service and its users.

Maybe Tomorrow accounts and shared content

Keep your account access secure and use only an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the features you use. This includes displaying community posts and comments to other users and generating and displaying their automated translations.

Private planner entries are not community posts. Information you put in a shared project is available to the relevant project members. Community contributions are visible to other community users. Avoid posting confidential information or another person’s personal data without authorization. Automated translations can be inaccurate; do not rely on them for consequential decisions.

Community rules: no objectionable content or abusive users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in Maybe Tomorrow. The following content and behavior are prohibited in posts, comments, nicknames, and other user-submitted material:

  • Pornographic or sexually exploitative material, including any sexual exploitation of children.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory abuse, harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
  • Publishing another person’s private information, impersonation, or sharing content without the necessary rights or consent.
  • Scams, malicious links, spam, unlawful content, or attempts to manipulate or disrupt the service.
  • Repeated abusive behavior, retaliation against someone who reports abuse, or attempts to evade a block or an account restriction.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use the report option on a community post or comment to flag objectionable content. Use block user to hide that user’s community content from your view. Reports and blocks are separate: blocking controls what you see, while reporting brings content to the operator’s attention. A report does not automatically establish that the reported person violated these terms.

We review reports and may remove or restrict access to violating content, limit community access, suspend an account, or terminate an account, depending on the severity and repetition of the conduct. Serious violations may result in immediate removal or suspension without a prior warning. We may also act on abuse identified without a user report. Enforcement must respect applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

For urgent safety concerns, content that you cannot report in the app, or a request to review an enforcement decision, email [email protected]. Include the relevant post or comment, nickname, approximate time, and an explanation without sending unnecessary personal information. We prioritize serious safety reports and respond to actionable concerns as promptly as reasonably possible. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Advertising and external services

Google-served advertisements may help support the publication. Ads are separate from editorial material and do not constitute our endorsement of an advertiser or its claims. Any sponsored or affiliate relationship in editorial content should be disclosed where relevant.

Links to external sources are provided for evidence or convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of an external service is governed by its applicable terms. Messages and contributions

You remain responsible for the information you send us. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. A correction report does not automatically become public content or a published endorsement. Publication of a personal contribution or attributed quotation requires a separate understanding about its use.

For a copyright concern, provide the affected page, the original work, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to contact you. Do not include credentials or private records that are not needed to evaluate the concern.

Availability and responsibility

The website and examples are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating a method before relying on it and for the changes you make to downloaded examples.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. The limits of a particular experiment are described in the article and should not be expanded into a promise about your results.

Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update the publication and these terms. The date above identifies this version. Material changes should be reflected in the relevant notice. If you have a concern, contact us with enough detail to investigate; this request for communication does not limit any legal right to seek another remedy.
